Welcome to Hyatt House in Tampa, Florida.
This hotel installation consisted of three macramé panels created within the architecture of the hotel entrance and the bar area. I traveled to the location with all supplies needed and created this artwork on site. It took one week and 2 days of working to complete and I couldn't be happier with how the entire place looks!
The hostess stand macramé has woven sections throughout the bottom in order to add separation and a pop of color to the entryway. It matches the rugs and existing artwork perfectly.
The bar area's macramé was created using a modern knotting technique mimicking a wave pattern connecting the two spaces.
